Sweepers are mostly college students and recent grads seeking work. We recruit daily to bring in great people and provide an on-demand workforce in our campuses.
This allows us to offer a variety of services to customers, and one of the most fulfilling of those is senior companionship and assistance.
Aging in Place is an increasingly popular option for seniors. Sweepers are able to assist with this process by visiting seniors in their home for compansionship, light housework and tidying, errands, and more.
Whether this means just hanging out and talking and combatting loneliness, or actually helping out around the house with things like taking out trash and recygling, Sweepers are happy to help. Sweepers can also help with technology and other odd jobs.
Sweepers typically enjoy these experiences, and therefore leap at the opporunity to be paid while assisting local neighbors.
We can even seek to align the Sweeper assigned to the job around an interest, such as a shared university or sports fandom.
