Further, staging can help increase the sale price by up to 20% on average."
As a seller or a real estate professional, there is little else that you can do that can drive that kind of sales difference. However, as a real estate professional, you may not want to be lifting heavy things or outsourcing the work to an expensive professional moving company with high minimums.
