The Sweeps office is open from 9:00am to 6:00pm M-F, though we often answer phones after hours and on weekends.

Sweepers keep all hours, though we may not be able to accommodate all requests at all times.

For example: a Sweeper living far from home helped a family prepare their Thanksgiving dinner last year and welcomed the opportunity to help (and most likely get some turkey).
