Sweepers are awarded based on what we think is the 'best-fit' based on reviews, availability, experience, quickness to reply, and other variables.

Best practices for competing include making sure your profile is up to date and completed well, to compete for jobs early and often, to endorse yourself for jobs well and explain why you are the right fit. For example, if the job is to assemble furniture, explain your past experience in doing so and why you should get the job.

We may followup about your experience and availability, or ask you to contact customers directly to schedule and ask questions.
