I am hosting a cocktail party for 70 people for which I need 2 servers and 1 bartender. I'd like the servers to plate and pass hors d'oeuvres, heat some appetizers in the venue kitchen, keep food stocked on the food table, tidy up during the party, and help with clean up at the end - washing platters, picking up trash, collecting tablecloths/centerpieces, etc. Guests will use disposable cups, plates, and forks. I'd like the bartender to offer soda, beer, wine, and simple cocktails at an outdoor (covered patio) bar table. I will get the event completely set up. I need help during and after the event.
