The Sweeps Loyalty Rewards program offers credits to users who post qualifying jobs on the Sweeps platform. You can view the current reward criteria, eligibility requirements, and your progress at the Loyalty Rewards page within your account.
From time to time, Sweeps may offer promotional rewards programs, including the “Sweeps Loyalty Rewards” program (collectively, “Rewards Programs”). Participation in any Rewards Program is voluntary and subject to: (a) these Terms of Use; and (b) any additional terms, criteria, or conditions displayed on the Sweeps website or application for the applicable Rewards Program (the “Program Criteria”), which are incorporated herein by reference.
Under the current Sweeps Loyalty Rewards program, eligible customers earn reward progress (such as stamps or similar tracking units) for each qualifying job that is posted through the Platform and fully paid (“Paid Job”), as defined in the Program Criteria in effect at the time the job is completed.
Upon meeting the then-current reward threshold, as displayed on the Platform, the customer will receive a credit applied to their Sweeps account (a “Reward Credit”). The type, amount, and calculation method of any Reward Credit are determined according to the Program Criteria in effect at the time the reward is earned. By way of example only, a Reward Credit may be calculated based on the customer’s historical paid jobs, excluding taxes, tips, and any service, platform, or processing fees, as specified on the Platform.
Reward Credits:
Not all jobs qualify toward rewards. Jobs that are refunded or canceled, jobs paid entirely with promotional credits or certain discounts, and other categories of jobs designated by Sweeps from time to time may be ineligible, as specified in the Program Criteria.
Sweeps may impose expiration dates on reward progress and/or Reward Credits, which will be disclosed on the Platform. If there is no qualifying account activity for a period specified on the Platform, unused reward progress or Reward Credits may expire.
Sweeps reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Rewards Program, including changing eligibility requirements, reward thresholds, reward calculations, or expiration rules, at any time. Any such changes will be effective when posted on the Platform. Continued participation in a Rewards Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Program Criteria.
