The Sweeps Loyalty Rewards program offers credit to users that post jobs frequently.

The following terms apply to the Loyalty Rewards Program:

From time to time, Sweeps may offer promotional rewards programs, including the “Sweeps Loyalty Rewards” program (collectively, “Rewards Programs”). Participation in any Rewards Program is voluntary and subject to: (a) these Terms of Use; and (b) any additional terms and conditions posted on the Sweeps website for the applicable Rewards Program, which are incorporated herein by reference.

Under the current Sweeps Loyalty Rewards program, eligible customers earn one (1) reward stamp for each qualifying job that is posted through the Platform and fully paid (“Paid Job”). After ten (10) reward stamps are earned on Paid Jobs, the customer will receive a credit applied to their Sweeps account (“Free Hour Credit”). The value of the Free Hour Credit is equal to the average hourly labor rate of the ten (10) Paid Jobs that earned the reward, excluding taxes, tips, and any service, platform, or processing fees. The Free Hour Credit is automatically applied to the next qualifying Paid Job on the customer’s account. The Free Hour Credit has no cash value, is not transferable, may not be redeemed for cash, and may only be used toward eligible charges on the Platform. Gratuity cannot be paid with Credit.

Not all jobs qualify for reward stamps. Jobs that are refunded or canceled, jobs paid entirely with promotional credits or certain discounts, and other categories of jobs that Sweeps designates from time to time may be ineligible. Sweeps may impose expiration dates on reward stamps and Free Hour Credits, which will be disclosed on the Platform at the time of the offer. If there is no qualifying activity (no Paid Jobs and no reward redemption) in your account for a period specified on the Platform, any unused reward stamps and/or Free Hour Credits may expire.

Sweeps reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Rewards Program, and to adjust, cancel, or revoke reward stamps or Free Hour Credits in its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or error. Any such changes will be effective as of the date they are posted on the Platform. Your continued participation in a Rewards Program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
