Yes. Many Customers meet a Sweeper on contract shifts and want to bring them onto their own team. We support this through our Contract-to-Hire placement process.

How it works: staff your role with Sweeps workers on contract shifts. When you are ready to hire one of them directly, contact us and we will handle the conversion.

Pricing: the conversion fee is 20% of the worker's estimated first-year compensation, reduced by a $5 credit for every hour the worker has already billed to you through Sweeps. The fee is waived entirely once a worker has completed 600 billed hours with you.

Please note that our Terms of Use require that any direct hire or engagement of a Sweeps worker go through this process, and we ask that you notify us in writing before extending an offer.
