Joey was great---really wrestled with a TV/cable system that had gone haywire. Got it working again, and helped me write directions for the use of the system by new tenants. Joey is personable and competent, and great to have as a Sweeper. He even remembered another job he'd done for me a year or so ago, so he's certainly got skills in a number of areas.
Cable system at rental property needs to be made user-friendly. There are instructions for tenants but they no longer work. Having trouble accessing cable TV and music channels. When various tenants use the system, it can get out of whack!
