Hi! My name is Luke and I go to school at UNC Chapel Hill. I was raised in Asheville, NC and moved to Fayetteville, NC in high school. I would like to consider myself a people person, and I am very passionate about working with and helping people. I study music in school, and I love performing music, listening to it, and talking about it. I really enjoy traveling also, and got the opportunity to go to Rwanda last year with the Army. I'm from a family that goes out every Saturday to make our yard immaculate and keep the house in good condition. I like to think these qualities of discipline, hard work, and perfectionism have passed down to me.
I've helped my family and friends move lots of times. I'm good with organizing space and moving heavy objects.
I've worked as a lifeguard and in the kitchen as a dishwasher, so I'm very familiar with typical cleaning tools and how to do most every job. My parents have also made sure that I can clean my own bathroom/house/everything, so that can translate anywhere.
I worked in community governemnt, which gave me lots of experience in planning, prepping, executing, and cleaning up from events. I also really enjoy working with people.
I used to take care of the greenery and grass in the front of my neighborhood as a job. I also have lots of experience with yard work in general from doing it at my own house, and neighbors occasionally. I've got lots of experience mowing, weed-wacking, edging, weeding, cleaning gutters, raking, and fixing general problems around the outside of a house.
I am very good with organizing objects in space and pride myself on how I keep my own area and life organized.
I have done well as a student over the years, and served as a peer tutor at my high school. I really enjoy working with other people (plus kids) and teaching them things.
I have good experience with painting from all of the housework I have done. Big rooms, small rooms, tables, chairs, trimwork, all of these I have experience in.
I am a vocal performance major (Bass-baritone) and could provide service to weddings, special events, etc as a vocalist if needed.
It was a pleasure working with Luke. Prompt, fast-working, thorough, and took direction well.

Luke B. and Jacob R. are two of the best people you can have to help move you into a new apartment in a new town. On time, very professional and knowledgeable about 'things to do.'
Best part is that they don't give you a hard time for trying to fit too much stuff in a small apartment.
