I was outside in the rain struggling to get my belongings covered or inside before they were soaked. A car was sitting across the street, but not until the other sweeper arrived did I realize this was supposed to be someone helping me move! It was not a good feeling to realize he had been sitting in his car right in front of my house while I got soaked and frantically tried to save my belongings.

There were some aspects and equipment of my particular move that were new to William and Lamont, but they were good sports about it and we all figured it out together! Helped me troubleshoot and stayed an extra 15 minutes more than was planned to help me finish the move.
